Collabstr is a global influencer marketplace with paid plans for brands and a hiring fee on each order. Sponsarva is UK-only: every brand is checked against Companies House, brands pay no platform fee, and each deal runs on written terms with the money held in Stripe escrow. Both hold payment until the brand approves the work. The table sets out the differences that matter when you’re paying a creator.

How do the fees compare on a £500 deal?
Using the percentages each platform publishes, for a creator fee of £500:
Sponsarva: the brand pays £500 plus standard card processing. The creator receives £425.
Collabstr, Free or Pro plan: the brand pays £500 plus a 10% hiring fee, so £550, and the Pro plan has a monthly subscription on top. The creator receives £425.
Collabstr, Premium plan: a 5% hiring fee, so £525, plus the Premium subscription.
Collabstr prices its plans in US dollars, so a UK brand’s card may add a currency conversion fee.
Which is better for a UK brand?
If you want creators across many countries and are happy paying in dollars, Collabstr's reach is the point.
If you’re a UK business hiring UK creators, Sponsarva is built for that deal: verified UK companies on one side, verified creators on the other, pounds throughout, no platform fee for brands, and the terms written into the deal. You can also search creators near a postcode, which matters for local businesses.
What about UGC?
Both list UGC creators. On Sponsarva there’s no follower minimum for UGC: creators are ID-verified and sell content with the ad licence as structured terms (term, territory, media and raw files), so you know exactly what you can run and for how long.

What should you check on any creator marketplace?
Whichever platform you use, ask the same five questions before you pay:
How are creators verified, and can you see real audience numbers rather than screenshots?
Where is your money held, and what exactly triggers its release?
How long do you have to review the work before it counts as approved?
Are usage rights written into the deal, with a term and a territory?
Who decides a dispute, and what evidence do they use?
The answers matter more than the size of the catalogue. How escrow works for creator deals covers the money side in more detail.
How is a Sponsarva deal protected?
The fee is paid into Stripe escrow when the deal is agreed and released only once you approve the delivery. If the creator misses the delivery date, you can open a dispute on the platform, and the agreed terms are the evidence. The full detail is on the security page.
