Getting paid. Stripe escrow: The brand pays into Stripe escrow before the work starts, and the money is released to the creator after delivery is confirmed. Release window: After the brand confirms delivery, the creator is paid 7 days later, or 48 hours later for UGC. Either side can raise a problem in that time. Delivery confirms itself: If the brand doesn’t confirm or raise a problem within 14 days of delivery, the delivery is confirmed and the release window starts. Extensions and disputes: Either side can propose a new delivery date on the deal and the other accepts or declines. A problem goes to a dispute that Sponsarva reviews while the money stays in escrow. Invoices: Every completed deal produces an invoice for both sides. Pay-link for deals you bring: A creator writes up a deal agreed elsewhere and sends the brand a link. The brand verifies its company, funds escrow, and the deal runs like any other. Lower fees on repeat work: When a creator works with the same brand again, the fee on the creator’s side drops from 15% to 12%, then 10%. First-deal credit: A brand’s first funded marketplace deal of £100 or more is £50 cheaper. The deal. Buy now, fixed price or auction: A creator lists what they’ll make. Brands buy it at the listed price or bid, in increments of £25 under £500, £50 to £2,000 and £100 above. Contract terms as fields: Deliverables, dates, usage term and territory, organic or paid use, partnership ads, exclusivity, raw files and revision rounds are set on the deal before anyone pays, and stay on it as the contract. Campaigns: A brand posts a brief and a budget, verified creators apply, and the brand picks who to work with. A brand can also invite specific creators to apply. Direct offers: A brand sends an offer straight to a creator, without a listing. Creator confirms the deal: On a curated listing the creator chooses from the bids. After any auction the creator confirms the deal within 12 hours, before the brand funds it. UGC bundles and ad licences: A UGC deal sells the content and a written licence to run it as ads, with no post on the creator’s own account. Brand verification: Every brand is checked against Companies House before it can fund a deal. Audience verification: Creators connect their accounts through the platform’s own login, so follower counts and audience data come from the platform. A creator checked by hand is labelled as one. Feedback and delivery. Timestamped draft review: The creator uploads a draft. The brand pins comments to the exact second of a video or a spot on an image, then approves it or requests changes within the agreed revision rounds. Every version stays on the deal. Product tracking: When product is part of the deal, the brand adds the tracking number when it ships and the creator marks it received. The delivery deadline starts from that day. Delivery and confirmation: The creator marks the work delivered with a link or proof, and the brand confirms it on the deal. Whose turn it is: Every won deal shows both sides the same status line: whose turn it is, what the deal is worth, and what happens if nobody acts. Deal messages: Each deal has its own message thread between the two sides, kept with the deal. Reviews: When a deal completes, both sides can leave a review, which appears on the other’s profile. Rehire in one click: A brand books the same creator again from a completed deal, with the terms carried across. Finding each other. Creator search: Brands filter verified creators by platform, category, audience and location, including a postcode and a radius. Saved searches: A brand saves a marketplace search and gets an email when a new listing matches it, straight away, daily or weekly. Watchlist: Brands save listings and creators save campaigns to come back to later. Sales tracking: Each deal gets a tracking link.
